Coop, can you criticue this sjpt? I realize it is not a good shot, but the scenario is this: The camera is mounted on the 'scope, and everythng is "temporary", and is being tested for effect. The coin appears to be, the 1971D-1mm-009. i CAN SEE WHAT LOOKS LIKE A D/D, southwest. What do you think? There few examples on site. Maybe one of these will make it's way there. Thanks for looking.

I'm not coop, but I can tell you that the shot looks good except for the lighting. If you do something to break up the lighting some - diffuse it - you'll probably get better results.

Thanks, Chuck! I was more concerned with the shot, as such, rather than the lighting. That, I can work with, and expect sopme better pictures, but this concerned tha shot isself. I am slowly getting some resulrts. After I am satisfied with the setup, I'll take some pictures of it, and lt everyone see what I have been trying to do. On another thread, You Could have picked a better time to make either iof the moves, the one South, or the return! I think you will enjoy the pending one much more than the first. Take care!
Happy Thanksgiving!

Dick,

I see something in your pics and mine too.

They turn out best if the coin is nice and red.
It's because we both don't have the "right" light setup.

Smile

Enjoy the holiday!!!
