No. I've never seen/heard of it before. I've stuck with the microscope/loupe method. At least you get better images when you have the scope/camera combination as focus can be achieved better that way.

Coop, do you ar anyone else that might have such info to some scopes that are not out of this world, price-wise, and may possibly be rigged with a camera, or like we do with our scopes, and cameras. I have a friend in dire need of such info. thankss,
Dick

well I went and bought the scope as in my 1st post and its well within my price range.
I would love the scope coop has, but for now this seems to do the trick. my recent pics are using the scope and the clarity is great, but now I haveta build some kinda arm for it.
the program that comes with is veeery easy to use.
Mike

Mike, I saw the scope you have, and I agree it should be mountable on a fixed base, that allows mobility. I have a similar setup, as Coop, and several others. There are pro's, and con's with any setup. I modified my QX3, to mount on my QSZ base, and have very smooth focus ability. The base that it is mounted on, is very "jerky". Thanks for the info.

I have several cameras, and the programs that work with them. Some have video out to a TV, and others don't. I think my problem is trying to use too many cameras at once. Make sense? I use one for pictures thru the eye-piece well, and then have a lot of trouble, locating the image. Another is the video camera part of the Largan camera. It has a real-time image on the computer, and works fine with 98SE. I am using XP Home Ed. Not compatible with The camera. Then there is the QX3. Works fine, but WAY TOO TOUCHY on the focus. Maybe I should have only one camera for each computer, instead of puttung all into one. Maybe I have too many "wants", and too little equipment to do it with. I would love to have one camera that is part of my scope, and will take full face photos,, as well as macro shots. Tjhen all the rest could be donated! This is more than an old fart on a small navy pension, and some SS income to think ablut, so I do what I have done all my life: Improvise, AND CUSS WHEN IT DON'T WORK! IT IS NICE WHEN IT DOES! like Carol said, She needs some links for that kind of equipment. Maybe some one knows of AN OLDER SCOPE THAT WAS USED IN A HOSPITAL, WITH THE CAMERA?SCOPE, STILL IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. Sorry about the caps! I just looked up!
