Reverse
Diagonal, nearly vertical, NW to SE die scratches through the D of UNITED and a vertical scratch through the first S in STATES. Reverse is MDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Die crack across upper head and hair; die gouge at very front of hair; die crack across the lapel into the shoulder. All MDS markers have worn away.
Reverse
Die gouge inside the N of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
