Die gouges run through the letters of BUS of PLURIBUS. Multiple die dots in UN of UNUM. NE die gouge NE from lower leg of E in STATES. Die dot east of last S in STATES. E/W die scratches between IC of AMERICA. Strong die dot east side of O in OF.
