Small die scratches inside bottom loop of C on CENT, long die scratch to the west of vertical bar of E on CENT and die abrasion seen between NI of UNITED

Strong westerly notching on upper and lower serifs, with doubling to west of upper loop of S mintmark. Specimen seen here is well circulated. A better example is needed for study and photographs.
