Obverse
A long die gouge runs E-W through the hair above the forehead and ear. N-S die scratches show to the right of the bust. Three short parallel die scratches show to the left of the bow tie. Obverse is LDS.
Reverse
N-S die scratches show around the upper left wheat and the first third of the motto. Distinctive E-W die scratches run through the remainder of the motto. A die clash mark shows on the upper right part of the N in CENT. N-S die scratches show in the right portion of the die.
