Strong die scratches can be seen above the N in IN. N-S Die scratches run to the right of the vest and into the front lapel. Die scratches can be seen coming off the back of the shoulder.

Heavy die scratches run south from the N in CENT. North-south die scratches to the right of the E in ONE.
