N-S die scratches through LIBERTY. N-S die scratches through the 19 of the date. Short N-S die scratches under WE that run into the top of the head. This die is coupled with a doubled die number 1951S-1DO-001.
Reverse
N-S die scratches on the insides of the C in CENT and through the UN of UNITED and the O of OF. A long pair of parallel die scratches through the right side of the E of ONE. Reverse is MDS.
