No die scratch between the lower 1 and 9 of the date. Die crack on shoulder. NW die scratches from back of hair are worn away. Die crack across forehead into hair. Reverse is LMDS.

Small die crack east of T in CENT. Die break on T in CENT. SE die scratch connect AM in AMERICA. N/S die scratches worn away across reverse.
