Numerous die scratches show all over the obverse to include a pattern of concentric die scratches all over the throat, neck, and face.
Reverse
Many short die scratches show in EPU. A heavy die gouge shows to the right of the last A of AMERICA. A die chip shows on the far right of the cross-bar of the T of CENT. Reverse is LDS.

Die crack on lapel. NE die gouge above Y in LIBERTY. NE die scratch behind hair. Die crack in forehead into hair. Reverse is MDS.
Reverse
SE die scratches from I and U in PLURIBUS. Very faint die scratch from N in UNITED to O in OF.
