Obverse
A couple of heavy die scratches run north from the 1 of the date. A die crack shows in the hair beneath WE. A die scratch connects the lower T of LIBERTY with the upper left of the Y.
Reverse
SW-NE die scratches show through the upper left area of the design. A die scratch runs from the top of the I of UNITED to between the C and E of CENT. Die damage shows on the right upper tip of the T of CENT. A diagonal die scratch shows beneath the last A of AMERICA.
