Generally E/W die scratching in field west of bust and through LIBERTY. Heavy E/W die gouge under LIBERTY. SE die scratched Between WE and TRUST. Long die scratch from S in LIBERTY to date. Reverse is EMDS.
Reverse
Die gouge under N in UNUM. Die dot east of E in ONE. No die breat on T in CENT. No die break at right wheat. Die gouge from U in UNITED.
MDS markers
Obverse
Die gouges in loop of 9 in date. Die crack starting to develop on shoulder. Die scratches starting to wear away near LIBERTY. Die gouge under LIBERTY. Die scratches almost worn away between WE and TRUST. Die scratch from S in TRUST worn away. Reverse is MDS
Reverse
Die gouge inder N in UNUM is worn as is die dot east of E in ONE. Die crack on upper E in ONE. Die breal upper right wheat tip. Die breal lower T in CENT. Die gouge from U in UNITED. Die crack left wheat stalk.
LDS markers
Obverse
A die break shows at the tip of the 9 of the date. An E-W die crack across the shoulder seam. Worn E/W die scratches around TY in LIBERTY. Die dot next to last T in TRUST. Reverse is LDS.
Reverse
Die dot between E in ONE and M in UNUM. Die break in T of CENT. Die crack from right wheat to rim. Die break left wheat.

A split upper serif and a separation line in the upper loop of the S show on this variety. This RPM is very similar to 1955S-1MM-009, but sits closer to the date than #009.
