Obverse
Two large die cracks can be found on the head and forehead. A deep die scratch can be seen behind the hair on the upper neck. Die gouges above the collar on the neck.
Reverse
Remnants of an old die clash can be seen on the top of the right vertical bar of the N in CENT. Die scratches can be seen running SSE from the U in United. A die dot can be found under the 2nd U of Pluribus.
