Obverse
Fine diagonal NNE-SSW die scratches throughout the obverse, most notable in front of the face & through the date; additional die scratches between RTY and the back of the neck. EDS
Reverse
Faint concentric like circular die scratches throughout much of the reverse, most notable through TAT of StATES, N of ONE and M in AMERICA. EDS
MDS markers
Obverse
Die scratches run generally N-S through the throat and in front of the face. A die break shows as a blob in the lower B of LIBERTY.
Reverse
Generally E-W die scratches show around the N of ONE. Older, weaker SW-NE die scratches show around the E of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
A die break shows as a blob in the lower B of LIBERTY. Die chips in the upper 9 and 5 of the date. An E-W die crack on the forehead. A die crack shows on the lower shoulder and continues to the rim.
Reverse
A die crack from the right wheat stalk to the rim. A die break on the lower T of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
