Obverse
A die gouge (dot) in the field to the south of the chin.
Reverse
Numerous small die chips on the 12th column.
LDS markers
Obverse
Some old but prominent north-south die scratches show in front of the profile.
Reverse
Reverse is VLDS. A die crack shows along the top of the right roof. Another die crack shows along column 12. The doubling at the cornice on the coin photographed is machine damage doubling.

Large date. A very nice west spread in this repunched mintmark, its appearance is close to that of 1960D-1MM-003, but its position in relation to the date is lower.
