A die scratch runs NNE from the R in Liberty. Die scratches run NW from the top of the head to GOD.
Reverse
A die scratch can be seen inside the O of ONE. Two die scratches can be seen between the right crossbars of the N in ONE. A die scratch extends from the right cornice to the R in America.
