Die break right cornice down column 12. SSE die scratch under base above N in ONE. ESE die scratch from upper N in ONE

Die scratch below the RPM that appears that it is a D/D/D but it is just a die scratch. Several die scratches in various directions on the obverse. Several long die scratches from date and above date that intersect. Long die scratch from nose between ST on TRUST. Three parallel die scratches under LIBERTY with several also in between letters. One long die scratch from B to head fading with die use.
Reverse
Left base has a break on the tip and a die chip forming on lower left base. Left cornice and roof has a die crack that is on the left edge of the outline of the memorial. Appears stronger on roof area. Reverse is LDS.
