SE die scratches through E PLURIBUS UNUM down through bays 10 and 11. Crossing die scratches through ONE. Small die break under left base. Larger die break Upper left base.
LDS markers
Obverse
A heavy die scratch runs SE from the 9 of the date above the mintmark. Another heavy die scratch runs SW from the tail of the 9 of the date through the vest. Other die scratches show on the obverse - see photographs for exact position.
Reverse
Heavy die scratches run south from the left base. A die break shows betwen the ES of STATES. Another die break shows in the lower O in OF. Another die break shows on the outside of the left base. Reverse is LDS.

Small date. An extra lower serif and lower half of a vertical bar show inside the upper half of the primary mintmark, with a corresponding heavy dot as the upper serif of the secondary to the north.
