Obverse
N-S die scratches show under the chin. Two heavy parallel die scratchs run SE-NW above the Y of LIBERTY.
Reverse
Unusually heavy concentric die gouges show all the way around the outer area of the design. A die scratch runs SW from the base of the memorial above the T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Worn N/S die scratches under chin. Die crack on shoulder over VDB. NW die scratches above RTY in LIBERTY. Die crack on forehead. Reverse is EDS
Reverse
Reverse die has been changed since MDS. A pair of NE die gouges from left roof. Two small SE die gouges, one from I and one from C in AMERICA. Light E/W die scratches through ONE.
