MDS markers
Obverse
Die scratches lead NE from the vest through the date and mint mark area. Die scratches continue in the same direction up to and including the forehead. A heavy die scratch parallels the bottom of WE above the hair. A few heavy die scratches show near the Y of LIBERTY.
Reverse
Die scratches form a diamond pattern between the N and E of ONE. A very heavy die scratch runs from the upper right base to the corner of the last A of AMERICA. A die scratch runs N-S through the center of the S of PLURIBUS. Die damage (probably a clash mark) shows on the top of the right side of the roof. Reverse is MDS.
