Obverse
A long and heavy N-S die scratch shows in the field above the 6 of the date. A die scratch runs NNE from the top of the T of LIBERTY. Other die scratches run generally SW-NE through the date and mint mark area.
Reverse
A large and heavy die dot shows in the center of the C of CENT. Thin E-W die scratches show above the right roof of the memorial building. A die scratch runs WSW from the top of column #1 toward the UN of UNITED.
LDS markers

Die dot above I in LIBERTY. Large spike head die break from head to the N in IN. 2 die dots on throat. small die gouge in field in from of throat. Reverse is LDS
Reverse
Die break on column 1. E/W die scratch across roof. Small die break on right cornice. Die break at right base.
