Heavy E/W die scratch under OF. Die cracks down columns 11 and 12. Die break on top of CE in CENT. Die break on right base.

An extra punching shows to the northeast as a thin vertical line inside the primary mintmark and a partial extra punching to the northeast. Split serifs on the primary mintmark make this a triple punching.
