Obverse
Master die doubling is visible on the top of the O of GOD. A die gouge (dot) in the field north of the T of LIBERTY. Light die scratches through the date.
Reverse
A die crack shows on the upper O of ONE. Reverse is MDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Light die cracks and chips show in the hair above the ear. Small die scratches run NE-SW from the rim below the 1 of the date.
Reverse
A die crack runs from the right cornice to the upper column 12. A small die gouge protrudes from the lower left memorial base to the left of the O in ONE. A large die blob shows on the outside left memorial base. A die chip clogs the inside upper O in ONE. Reverse is LDS
