Obverse
Light die scratches run NW from the 1 and the 9 of the date. Two small die gouges run NW-SE and show just to the right of the Y in LIBERTY.
Reverse
A small die gouge protrudes from the center right leg of the N in UNITED. A small NW-SE die gouge shows in the field to the right of the right cornice. A small die gouge is in the top portion of the roof to the SE of the first dot before UNUM. Reverse is MDS.

Large die break on column 12. Die crack along bottom of right base. NW die scratch west of FG in base.
