E/W die scratches through STA in STATES. Light E/W die scratches through motto. Heavy E/W die scratch from back of E in CENT. Light E/W die scratches through ONE CENT.

SE die scratch from 6 in date is worn. Die scratches through 19 in date are worn. N/S die scratches through TY in LIBERTY are worn compared to EDS. Reverse is MDS
