Die gouge under last 9 of date. Die scratches by forehead running N-S with a longer one from nose. Heavy fading die scratches NE-SW through LIBERTY with several stronger ones on Y. Die disfigurement on hair between E & T of WE TRUST.
Reverse
Fading die scratches through left side of Memorial to UNITED and below left memorial base. Die dots East of column #12 and below A in AMERICA. Reverse is MDS.
