Die scratches run E-W below the corner of the shoulder. A small die gouge shows to the left of the N of IN. Reverse
A die scratch shows from the rim through the right crossbar of the second T of STATES. Another die scratch runs south from the bottom of the same letter. Two short die gouges show on the bottom of the left base. A die dot shows between the O of ONE and the left base. Reverse is MDS.
