NW to SE die scratches behind LIBERTY and GOD; diagonal scratches through the 3 in the date

A die gouge below the O of ONE. Reverse is MDS.

Obverse
The doubling is somewhat less distinct in this die state but still shows very nice thickness. NW-SE fine die scratches show through much of the obverse. A curved and heavy die scratch shows at the rim half way from the L to the shoulder.
Reverse
Fine die scratches show near the STA of STATES. A heavy die gouge shows as a raised dot above the E of STATES. A short die gouge shows inside the lower left leg of the last A of AMERICA. A heavy die gouge shows between the C and E of CENT. Small die scratches show in the upper bay areas 3 and 4. Reverse is LDS.

A light to moderate spread can be seen on the motto, LIBERTY and the date. The doubling is more difficult to see in the later die states.
