Looking for assistance to verify the variety. Sorry, not the best example or pictures but... I believe it to be 1989D-1MM-004 or 006? Your thoughts.

Its neither. Looks closer to 1MM-010 but I honestly think it's a case of a broken MM punch, there's 2 examples and yours looks like #1
Jason, Thanks for your input. It certainly looks like 1MM-010 but I thought the MM placement on 10 was shifted a bit more east than that of the coin posted. However, they do present similar forward or easterly tilts. Both coins also have similar breaks in the MM and the upper serif. I haven't been able to find any additional PUPs on the piece I have. Thoughts please?
My opinion is its the broken punch. Check it on Wexlers site
