Thanks Tom! I am by no means an expert but it is possible you have an 09S-1MM-002. The MM placement looks correct but without seeing addition pick-up points (PUPs) or die markers, it's hard to be certain.
Fred ,Thank you for the reply . the 1909-s grades in good condition. its hard to make out. I also have a 1961-D Cent that has mechanical doubling on date

The 61-D doesnt seem to be an rpm, it just shows machine doubling from what i see
