Incorrect Listings
PP.90-91 - Listing numbers are incorrect for one page or the other
All of these are listed with four digit sequential 'identifier' numbers. As explained on page 'xvi', the four digit numbers
are for subsequent major types of a given denomination and year. Two of these varieties have the VDB reverse (those on P.90),
and two of them do not (those on P.91). The identifiers should be changed on one or the other page to reflect this difference.
My recommendation is that since the VDB coins were issued first, they should have the three digit identifiers, and the VDB
reverse coins should have four digit identifiers in the 1000s.
Listing Omitted
no page # - FS-01-1912S-501 omitted.
This is a nice repunched mintmark that should be added to the book. It is just as nice as
FS-01-1909S-1501, although not quite as scarce. Values are indicative of actual sales where possible.

Adjustment to Values
P.98 - Values for FS-01-1927-101 are incorrectly undervalued:
This variety is extremely difficult to locate and is a very nice variety in higher grades - i.e. quite obvious doubled die.
I believe the values printed in the book are too low for this variety:

P.112 - Values for FS-01-1943D-501 are incorrectly undervalued:
This variety is quite rare, and since its recognition in the Red Book and with the major grading services, it has
exploded in value, which is not reflected in the book. I believe the values for these to be far higher than what is printed.

P.153 - Values for FS-01-1982-1801 are incorrectly undervalued:
This is a major doubled die on the reverse of the scarcest 1982 issued cent (Philadelphia mint small date zinc). Plating problems, attrition, and
the fact that it took a quarter century to find the first example make it likely that not many of these will ever be found, making this issue
exceedingly rare and very highly valuable. There are currently only two pieces known, neither are uncirculated.
