Obverse: wavy die crack connects 194 of date, short die scratch from rim to shoulder, numerous arching die scratches below LIBERTY, long curving die scratch from shoulder extending NE to lapel, long die scratch from shoulder across lapel, short die scratch on Lapel and breaks to south at nearly 90 degrees, long die scratch NE off nose, severe swirling die scratches in front of tie.
Reverse: short die scratch at lower left serif on E of ONE, die gouge at the tip of the middle bar of F on OF
