Obverse: Numerous die scratches show in the lapel and shoulder area. Die wear combined with a possible strike through of grease shows through and around the 4 of the date.
Reverse: Many die scratches including a heavier E-W die scratch above the ED of UNITED. A NE-SW die crack from the I of PLURIBUS to the top of the O of ONE. Reverse is MDS.
