Obverse: Concentric die scratches between bottom of bust and rim. NW die scratches from back of shoulder. Heavy die gouge or crack from back of head. Die crack from top of head to R in TRUST. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: SE die scratch from second U in PLURIBUS to E in ONE. 3 E/W die scratched from right wheat tip. N/S die scratches or cracks from N in UNITED and O in OF. Die clash in C of CENT.
