Obverse: Nearly horizontal die scratches show beneath the ear. Two die dots show between the G and O of GOD. Die clash at throat. Reverse is LMDS.
Reverse: Die dot shows beneath the O of ONE. Die dot shows inside the upper curve of the first S of STATES. Die scratches show to the lower right of the right wheat.

Obverse: Die pitt between Y in LIBERTY and back of jacket. Die cracks can be seen on the head and run to the NE to the first T of TRUST.
Reverse: Die chips on the vertical bar of the T in CENT. Die break on upper C in CENT. Die cracks on the lower right wheat grains. Reverse is LDS.
