Obverse is MDS
- Doubling shows on left wheat stalk tip and E PLURIBUS.
- Light extra thickness on PLURIBUS.
- Light extra thickness on UNUM.
- E/W die scratches under M in AMERICA.
- Two minor doubled eyelids show - one to the east and the other to the north of the primary eyelid.
- Date for reference.
- A small die dot shows behind the shoulder in the field. A NW-SE die scratch shows to the southwest of the die dot.
- Light die scratches show near the GO of GOD.
- NW die scratch from top of first T in TRUST.
