Obverse: Heavy die scratch heading north from 1 in date. Die dot above B in LIBERTY. Die crack near L in LIBERTY. Die scratch between hair and GOD. NE die scratch from hair to first T in TRUST. Reverse is MDS
Reverse: Die scratch connects RI in PLURIBUS. ?W die scratches above T in CENT. SW die scratches from tip of right wheat stem to rim. Die crack in right wheat stalk to rim.

Obverse: A die scratch runs southwest from the tail of the 9 toward the vest. A heavy die dot shows above the B in LIBERTY. Many old die scratches run northeast from the front hair and forehead areas.
Reverse: A die crack nearly forms a complete die break from rim back to rim through the lower right wheat grains. Many die scratches show through the motto. Reverse is LDS.
