Obverse: A die clash can be seen in front of the thoat. A die gouge is found SSE of the 5 at the rim. Two small die scratches are under the L in LIBERTY. A series of die gouges runs parallel to the rim and through IN.
Reverse: A die clash is found through the C of CENT. Light die scratches between the E & S of STATES.
