Obverse: Strong die crack runs behind the ear to the top of the hair to the right of GOD. Faint N die scratches extend from the upper left bar of Y in Liberty. Faint S die scratch runs next to the lower right leg of R in LIBERTY.

Reverse: Strong Die Scratch runs S from the Horizontal bar of T in STATES between the C and A of AMERICA. Strong Die Scratches run S between E and S in STATES. Multiple heavy die scratches run on the upper left rim. Strong Die scratch runs S through the lower horizontal bar of E in UNITED extending between AM of AMERICA. Reverse is MDS.
