Obverse: A heavy die scratch runs N-S between the forehead and TRUST. Other N-S die scratches show in LIBERTY.

Reverse: A die crack extends NE from the top of the left wheat lines through the E of the motto. A die scratch runs from the lower E of STATES to the right wheat grains. A die crack runs from the outer right wheat grains to the rim. A heavy die scratch runs north from the upper left part of the N of ONE. A very heavy die scratch bisects the first A of AMERICA. Reverse is LDS.
