Obverse: Strong north-south die scratches through 19 of date, Strong gouge at rim near N of IN, north-south die scratches in field before profile and back of head through LIBERTY

Reverse: long die scratch from left wheat tip to O of ONE; long die scratch extending east off middle bar of E in ONE; numerous N-S die scratches through AMERICA to right lower wheat stalk
