Obverse: Die scratches through the top of the head and through the bottom of the bust. A die scratch between the 5 and the 1 of the date. A N-S die scratch to the left of the upper 5 of the date.
Reverse: An inverted "V" shaped die scratch atop the T of CENT. E-W die scratches through the C of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
