Obverse: Die gouges above Y in LIBERTY. Multiple N/S die scratches through LIBERTY. Crossing die scratches between E in WE and forst T in TRUST. E/W die scratches from forehead. Long SE die scratch from bottom of nose. Reverse is MLDS

Reverse: NE die scratch from left wheat tip through E of E PLURIBUS. Die break upper corner of E in ONE. NE die scratches under T in CENT. SE die scratches under N in UNITED and OF. Die gouges between left wheat and C in CENT.
