Obverse: Die crack west of mintmark. Small die clash behind neck. Eorn SE die scratches from GOD. Die dot near eye. Light ENE die scratches from forehead. Reverse is MLDS

Reverse: ENE die scratch under PLU in PLURIBUS. SE die scratch from middle leg of E in ONE. Die break in T of CENT. NE die scratches through STATES and AMERICA. Die crack right wheat to rim. NE die scratched from left wheat to C in CENT.
