Obverse: Die crack on the 9 of the date. Die scratches on obverse run NW-SE near LIBERTY. Several die cracks on forehead and hair.

Reverse: Die scratches run N-S on reverse. Die crack in left wheat lines. Die scratch between ES of STATES. Three fading die scratches between IB of PLURIBUS to N on CENT. Die chips on the T of CENT. Reverse is VLDS.
