Obverse: N-S die scratches in the field above LIBERTY. Short strong die scratches below IN. Light NW-SE die scratches below the 19 of the date.

Reverse: An area of heavy die scratches in and around the C of CENT. E-W die scratches to the east of the E of ONE and the T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
