Obverse: A heavy die dot shows on the shoulder just beneath the collar. Doe scratch in fold.
Reverse: Die scratches run N-S through STATES. A long die scratch curves downward and to the right from the E in UNITED through the M of AMERICA. A small die gouge shows above and to the left of the S of PLURIBUS. Reverse is LMDS.
