Obverse: Die gouges on jacket. NE die scratches from ERTY ion LIBERTY to back of head. Die dot under B in LIBERTY. E/W die scratch heading east from ear. Reverse is MLDS.
Reverse: Die gouge from upper left wheat. Small die dots between BU in PLURIBUS. SE die scratch from bottom of S in PLURIBUS. Two NE die gouges between CA in AMERICA. Die scratches inside first leg of N in CENT. Die dot inside C in CENT.
