Obverse: A heavy die gouge to the east of the mintmark and south from the 5 of the date. Light ENE die scratching throughout the area of LIBERTY. ESE die scratches through 19 in date.SW die gouge from O in GOD. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: A series of light concentric die scratches through the motto and upper right wheat tip.
