Obverse: A die crack runs E-W from the cheek to just below the nostril. Many small die cracks on the skull. A series of die scratches run N-S through LIBERTY.

Reverse: N-S die scratches throughout the reverse. Heavier scratches can be seen through the E of ONE, and protruding from the top of the O of OF. Reverse is MDS.
